The Plank Road Legacy Society
Membership in the Plank Road Legacy Society is a way Christians can say, "Thank You!" for the Lord's blessings and continue their support of Institutional Ministries after their arrival in heaven. Simply inform us with the button below that you have included Institutional Ministries in your will and/or as a beneficiary on a life insurance policy, IRA, 401(k), 403(b), pension, or other retirement fund. You will then be part of this important group. In addition, your estate will likely be less burdened with taxes.
The name "Plank Road" refers to Institutional Ministries' beginnings when, in 1901, Pastor William Rader walked down Watertown Plank Road to visit Milwaukee County institutions. In response to the unmet spiritual needs of the patients, he coordinated a ministry which became Institutional Ministries.
Inform Institutional Ministries that we are part of your Legacy
“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’” Matthew 25:37 – 40
